Are you a geek about gear? Want to be our next Equipment Co-ordinator
PacRopes is looking for Part-time Casual Equipment Co-ordinator.
Our gear cage is a mess and needs someone with super duper organizational skills to come make it right again! We are constantly mob and demobbing so your main job will be working with our Project Managers to make sure the right gear goes out and that the gear comes back in!
In addition to this main responsibility, you will also be in charge of maintaining the inventory or our equipment store and handling all equipment sales. If you're a gear nerd and love talking to people about gear, this role is for you!
This role is part-time initially (about 24 hours a week) but depending on the work load and how things pan out, can become a full time job. You don't necessarily need to be a rope access technician as the strengths we are looking for are more catered to organization and e-commerce. Qualifications and Skills:
- IRATA or SPRAT ticket preferred; will provide training to the right candidate if needed
- Equipment Inspection ticket preferred; will provide training to the right candidate if needed
- Interest in e-commerce and equipment
- Strong knowledge of equipment specs
- Strong knowledge of IRATA TACS and ICOP
- Willing to learn and expand you knowledge
- Patient, friendly, and approachable
